Reviews and Ratings
I arrived at the hotel looking forward to a comfortable and clean stay. The room, though a bit smaller than expected from the photos, was still roomy and cozy with a lovely floor to ceiling window that opened up to the street. However, it wasn't ready till 2 pm as anticipated. The location was ideal for exploring Rome easily, but the breakfast was disappointing. The service was exceptional, especially with Emiliano's assistance in making rooftop dinner reservations at their sister hotel. Overall, a good value for money stay.
The hotel is conveniently located near Termini and within walking distance to main attractions. The rooms are spacious and clean, but some bathrooms have a noticeable drain smell. The service was efficient and courteous, although requests for room changes were denied. The dining options are limited but staff are helpful. Overall, a good choice for a stay in Rome.
The hotel felt like it was once really nice, but was in decay a bit. Despite the cold rooms for those coming from tropical countries due to the heater not being operational, the basic toiletries were in place, and there were amenities like TV and a small refrigerator. The cleanliness and design were commendable, but there was a hint of aging. It's a decent place to stay with some flaws.
I had a cozy stay with a pretty and comfy room but found the space somewhat small for a longer stay. The property can get a bit crowded at times, but overall it's a nice place to be.
The hotel is in a perfectly located spot to explore ancient Rome, but the rooms are very small, hot, and outdated. The lack of essential amenities like an iron, hair conditioner, and TV along with cleanliness issues make it less appealing compared to newer options in the same category.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were beautiful and spacious, just like the photos, but unfortunately, there was a horrible smell of sewage that lingered. The service was a bit of a rollercoaster - while some staff members were helpful and friendly, others were quite rude and confusing in their payment requests. The location was conveniently close to major attractions and public transportation, making it a good base for exploring. The dining options were limited and not the most relaxing due to cramped spaces and uninspiring choices.
The hotel offers big and clean rooms that were excellent for relaxing after busy days in Rome. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and nicely set up with plenty of cushions on the beds, good quality towels, and toiletries. However, some aspects of the service and dining could be improved.
My stay at this hotel was a mix of ups and downs. On one hand, the rooms were completely outdated, very small, and hot. The cleanliness was also questionable, but on the bright side, the beds were comfy. However, the lack of essential amenities like an iron, hair conditioner, and TV, along with a leaking refrigerator, was disappointing.
